Two continental moves. HyImpulse received a UK Launch Operator Licence from the CAA — a licensed UK launch operator, launches from SaxaVord (the Orbitex-collapsed site now re-filling its manifest). HyPrSpace opened a mass-production rocket engine factory near Bordeaux targeting 100 engines/year (mid-tier outlet — verify before weight). Both are continuation of the European-launch thread: Isar reached orbit Sep 5, and the ELC-funded field is now staffing toward cadence.
