• 2026-10-17 (~12:59 PM ET, Foust RT): Jonathan McDowell, on new TLEs: K2612 maneuvered on October 16 and is stationkeeping within 5 km or less of ICEYE X36 — to his knowledge the first LEO rendezvous of two active satellites without one owner's approval; confirmation pends further tracking data, and he judges it not an Outer Space Treaty violation ("but IANAL"). Foust: "seems an unprecedented step by Russia if correct." Watch: tracking confirmation, ICEYE response, Russian attribution, any formal norms-track reaction. https://x.com/jeff_foust/status/2111505698932888026
