• (2026-10-19): Uzbekistan signed the Artemis Accords as the 77th signatory, per a Jeff Foust X relay of Uzbek foreign minister Bakhtiyor Saidov — signed together with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, with framed cooperation covering NASA collaboration, specialist training, and space-technology transfer (https://x.com/jeff_foust/status/2112128181277008280). Debut thread: the record's Artemis storyline is hardware cadence only; the Accords' expansion track had no storyline.
