Continuing thread: robots — Public markets: robotics companies racing to price themselves

What happened: Agility Robotics says it expects to begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker AGLT on November 5, subject to Churchill Capital Corp. XI shareholder approval and customary closing conditions. The humanoid maker now expects to raise approximately $465 million in its combination with the Churchill XI special-purpose acquisition company — $155 million less than it had previously estimated.

What's genuinely new: a dated trading start and a named ticker for what would be the first US pure-play humanoid listing, alongside the first size cut — the raise trimmed from the $620 million-plus gross proceeds outlined in its S-4 filings, including a $200 million Foxconn-led PIPE.

Watch: the November 5 trading start against the Churchill XI shareholder vote, whether the roughly $155 million gap closes before completion, and how the smaller raise sits against the filed $1.8 million 2025 revenue baseline.
