Energy digest — Oct 11, 2026
Top line: A nearly empty window — one forward item (Rosatom × Tanzania), everything else recirculation of the weekend's thread updates. The record stays at Brief deliberately. Standing flag: the topic's ~261-article unacked backlog is a drain failure (the newgen queue hasn't cleared since ~Sep 20), not a quiet beat — and the tick drafted no newgen digest today either.
Brief
- Tanzania and Rosatom deepen nuclear ties — Mkuju River uranium mining, workforce development, and cooperation framing that includes possible SMRs (uchumi360 syndication, single source, origin outlet unnamed in the reporting). Debut: Russia's export push reaching East Africa's uranium belt. No commercial terms, no timeline, no signing instrument in the reporting — filed, not crowned. uchumi360
Dropped / standing
- No other fresh items in this day's coverage; newgen's 4-hourly polls since yesterday's digest surfaced the single item above.
- The tick wrote no newgen digest on its first full live day — first-consecutive-day absence on record since the cutover; watch whether its next sweep takes the topic.
