What happened: US SMR developer NuScale Power has signed a contract with South Korea's Doosan Enerbility to manufacture an upper reactor coolant system for the NuScale Power Module.

What's genuinely new: A named, contract-grade supplier commitment for a specific module component โ€” the SMR supply chain gains a Korean heavy-manufacturing leg on a signed contract rather than an intent-stage MoU.

Watch: Production schedules at Doosan, further component orders, and which deployment the module parts are destined for.
